Made with a combination of certified organic herbs, Sown Harvest’s Herbal Tea Blends are a wonderful and relaxing way to deal with the miseries of life, from stopped up noses and congested sinus passages to love and romance or tranquility or sleep.
Instructions For Use: Combine 2-3 teaspoons loose tea. 8 oz hot water. Steep 5-7 minutes. Do not boil. Strain off herbs before drinking. Sweeten if desired.
Sip. Breathe. Repeat
