With the exception of our Lotion Bars and lip balms, all our products are vegan approved. The Lotion Bars and Lip Balms contain bees wax so technically they contain animal bi-product.
All our ingredients are sourced from companies who work diligently to offer fair trade, organic, high quality, natural ingredients. Most of our ingredients come from other countries due to the fact that most natural, plant-based ingredients are grown best in their natural environment all over the planet and we source from many other farmers all over the world.
We are proud to say that most of our items are 100% pure and natural. We do use a mild preservative in any item that contains water to avoid the chances of bacterial growth. Using only trace amounts in our products, the preservatives, create a subtle atmosphere not conducive to bacterial growth. The preservative that we use is phenoxyethanol and caprylyl glycol. Both are a paraben and formaldehyde-free preservative.
Yes, we offer trial or travel sizes for many of our products. You will find these sample sized items listed as 2-ounce mini’s on the main page of the specific product.
We ship everything by USPS priority mail. Most orders will arrive in 3 – 5 business days. Because we make in small batches and try to make sure your order is freshly made, it often occurs that there is a delay before packages leave our shop. So depending on availability, there may be a 1-3 day delay on our end as well. We do strive to fill and ship orders in 1-3 days of receiving the order. Worst case scenario, an order may take 8 – 10 days from your order date.
We offer a money back guarantee with your purchase. If you have a damaged item, please email or text us a picture of your damaged shipment. We will replace or refund any damaged items in your order.

All orders are shipped USPS and are GPS tracked by the postal service for proof of delivery. If your order shows as being delivered, we’ve learned over the years, USPS expects you to report the missing package to your local post office, file the claim, and complete the process. We are happy to help with the process if necessary.
